The League of Women Voters Minnesota was seeking ways to attract new members to the organization, while continuing to serve the needs of existing members and local branches. Focus on improving their online presence would help everyone.
Electric Citizen worked with League staff on a new messaging campaign, one that would be bold and declarative. We had conversations about what the League was all about, and what it aspired to, leading to a series of headline banners. "We Stand For..." would be the phrase to lead each banner, followed by one of the organizations' core values, position statement and supporting quote. The homepage would have a central point of focus, celebrating the work of the League and a call to potential new members who may not know what the League is all about.
