Tim Broeker

Tim manages the technical side of our work, and contributes to site architecture decisions throughout the course of our projects. He began his web development career in 1994, and has worked with a wide variety of clients ranging from IBM and Mayo Clinic to local nonprofits, universities and publishing companies.

Tim oversees any strategic planning and consulting required for site development, while managing our backend developer team. He has contributed to every major project by Electric Citizen, including the case studies included. Tim has presented at numerous regional and national tech conferences.
